Within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling our customer services at +91 9413047946 Mon-Sat (10am-6pm) or emailing us at info@DSF.com, provided that the order has not been shipped. After 24 hours we will not be able to cancel your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refund to you. The refunds can take up to 15 business days.
We do not accept cancellations for any of the below mentioned items:
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).
If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order).
